Foster Garvey is pleased to announce leadership appointments in three of its offices. George Bonini has been named office managing director in Seattle. Malcolm Seymour has assumed the office managing director role in New York and Washington, D.C., succeeding Brad Deutsch, who concludes a six-year term at the helm of the firm’s East Coast offices.

George Bonini is a trusted business and tax law advisor, assisting clients across diverse industries. He has built a particularly strong reputation among clients for his ability to find creative financing, corporate and joint venture solutions for national and international clients operating in the green, clean and renewable energy sectors. Before joining Foster Garvey, George co-founded and managed a Seattle-based business, securities and tax law firm for nearly a decade.
Malcolm Seymour is a versatile litigator and negotiator whose practice focuses on trade secrets and IP litigation, political and election law, and commercial disputes. He has held several leadership positions within the firm, including co-chair of the Pro Bono and Community Service Committee.
Brad Deutsch has served as the office managing director of Washington, D.C. and New York since January 2019. Brad practices political and communications law, providing strategic counsel to political committees, campaigns and radio and television stations. The firm thanks Brad for his many years of dedicated leadership as the managing director of the East Coast offices.
