Foster Garvey is pleased to announce that the firm's Public Finance practice received a national ranking of fifth for Top Bond Counsel (Competitive), with 17 issues valued at more than $4 billion, according to Bond Buyer's Full Year 2025 rankings.
The rankings were finalized in mid-January of 2026 and reflect bond counsel transaction volume, including all long-term municipal new issues underwritten during 2025.
