Overview

Joe is an associate in the firm's Investment Management practice.

He represents institutional investors in primary investments, secondary transactions, co-investments and other alternative arrangements. Joe has experience representing fund sponsors in connection with the structuring and formation of private funds, governance and regulatory compliance.

Joe joins the firm from Ropes & Gray, where he supported the Corporate Private Funds group. While in law school, he served as editor-in-chief of the Suffolk University Law Review, Volume 56, and interned at the Massachusetts Superior Court and the Massachusetts Executive Office of Technology Services and Security. He holds a law degree from Suffolk University Law School, a master’s degree in cybersecurity, policy and governance from Boston College, and a bachelor’s degree in history with a minor in economics from Boston College.
