Cristian Gomez

Cristian assists in the firm's representation of clients in litigation matters, including those related to employment discrimination claims and public entity liability, as well as the arbitration of consumer fraud claims. Her growing litigation experience includes participation in depositions, conducting in-depth legal research and drafting legal memoranda, and assisting partners in the preparation of motions. In addition, she provides dedicated support to the firm’s community association team.

As a summer associate at the firm, Cristian worked closely with partners and other attorneys, gaining hands-on experience in areas of practice including employment, construction, and healthcare law, as well as FINRA arbitration. She analyzed legal frameworks for medical wellness facilities, renewable energy projects, and jurisdictional authority over foreign corporations, and provided support in the preparation of materials for a CLE presentation on legal ethics to in-house counsel.
