Hyatt Regency in New Brunswick

Frank A. Louis, a partner in the firm’s Family Law practice, will speak at the two-day 2026 Family Law Symposium, to be presented by the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education on January 23 & 24, 2026, at the Hyatt Regency in New Brunswick. Frank will be a panelist for the seminar “Death and Family” on Friday evening from 6:00 – 8:00pm and will lecture again on Saturday afternoon at 2:50pm during a session on “Innovative Arguments Regarding Alimony and the Marital Lifestyle.”

Concentrating his practice in the area of family law, Frank has over 45 years of extensive experience in negotiating and litigating economically complex divorce cases, representing clients in all aspects of divorce including asset distribution, child support and alimony. He has been broadly recognized by his peers as a preeminent member of the New Jersey family law bar. He is a Fellow of the American College of Family Trial Lawyers and the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers. He is the co-author of the treatise New Jersey Family Law Volume II: Divorce, Alimony & Property Division, published by Gann Law Books.
