She focuses her practice on white collar criminal defense, internal corporate investigations and complex civil litigation.
Jemi will present on the topic “The Strategic Advocate: Seeing the Whole Playing Field,” which will explore how business imperatives shape every stage of a dispute, from early risk evaluation to public outcomes, and how to be positioned as an indispensable advisor. She is a trial attorney who focuses her practice on employment, higher education, and complex litigation matters in state and federal court.
Alan will discuss “The Disciplined Supervisor: How to Plan for and Obtain Realistic Results,” which focuses on guiding clients to consistency, predictability, and realistic outcomes.
