Greenbaum partner Robert B. Hille will moderate a live webinar on “Document Retention and Destruction for Lawyers” on Thursday, January 15, 2026 from 12:00pm -2:00pm. The program will be presented by the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Education (NJICLE).
The presentation will explore the ethical and compliance requirements for retaining and destroying law firm records, including best practices for managing paper and electronic files, creating a compliant records retention system, and operating a legal practice efficiently and ethically.
Bob focuses his practice in litigation with a particular emphasis on trial advocacy. His areas of concentration include insurance, healthcare law, professional liability and ethics, and white-collar criminal matters, including those related to professional ethics. He is certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Civil Trial Attorney and lectures frequently on issues related to attorney ethics and professional liability.
