Greenbaum partner Steven G. Mlenak, who co-chairs the firm’s Redevelopment & Land Use practice and chairs the Financial Incentives & Economic Development practice, will be a panelist for the seminar "Free Money" Making the Most of Government Incentive Programs” at the 2026 Atlantic Builders Convention on Wednesday, March 25, 2026, from 10:00am – 11:30am. This year’s ABC Convention will be held at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Atlantic City.

Steve will participate in a panel discussion exploring financial incentives available from various government agencies that can be used to help finance and make projects a reality.

Steve serves as Redevelopment Counsel to the New Jersey Builders Association, which hosts the ABC Convention. He represents property owners and developers engaged in mixed-use, residential, industrial, commercial, office, retail and affordable housing development projects. He provides counsel regarding incentives and tax abatements available at the state and federal level, including the negotiation and drafting of financial agreements (PILOTs) under the Long-Term Tax Exemption Law. He is also well versed in assisting clients in applications for grants under various Economic Development Authority (EDA) programs, including incentives under the Aspire Program for projects that are utilizing low-income housing tax credits (LIHTC). 

Greenbaum is a Master Sponsor of the New Jersey Builders Association. The firm will be located this year in Booth #514 on the Hard Rock’s exhibition floor, which will be open on Wednesday, March 25 from 10:00am – 4:00pm and on Thursday, March 26 from 9:00am – 3:00pm.
