Jack Fersko will participate at an American Bar Association Section of Real Property, Trust and Estate Law 24th Annual Spring CLE Symposia panel discussion, which will include a brief overview of the benefits of solar development followed by a look at various transaction costs and due diligence considerations, including necessary upgrades, zoning and land use issues, solar licenses and easements, and mineral rights.

Robert S.
