Overview

Allie is an associate in the firm’s Commercial Litigation Group. Her practice covers an array of complex commercial litigation matters in federal and state court, with experience in a wide variety of business disputes, contract disputes, employer-employee disputes, and various other commercial and tort claims. Additionally, she has experience in intellectual property litigation.

Allie also represents employers in litigation involving claims of employment discrimination and harassment, enforcement of and defense against non-solicitation and non-competition agreements, wage-hour compliance, whistleblower laws, leave laws, federal and state employment related statutes, and other employment-related claims.

Allie graduated from Georgetown University Law Center where she was a member of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Team and advocated in national and international competitions. While in law school, Allie was a judicial intern for the Honorable Anthony E. Porcelli in the Middle District of Florida.

Outside of the office, Allie enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and golden retriever, cheering for the Gators, and reading.
