Amanda N. Anderson

Amanda Anderson is an associate in the Corporate and Tax Group at Hill Ward Henderson, where she focuses primarily on mergers and acquisitions. Amanda represents private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies in a broad range of M&A transactions, including buyouts and add-on acquisitions. She also advises clients on the full spectrum of transaction-related matters, including deal structuring, capital structure considerations, and post-closing governance.

In addition to her M&A practice, Amanda provides day-to-day corporate counsel on commercial and governance matters. Prior to joining Hill Ward Henderson, Amanda was a corporate associate in the Century City office of Allen Matkins in Los Angeles, California.

Amanda earned her J.D. from UCLA School of Law, where she concentrated in business law and policy as well as entertainment and sports studies. She is admitted to practice in both California and Florida.

Outside the office, Amanda enjoys walking Bayshore Boulevard with her husband and Goldendoodle, and is a devoted fan of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and the Tampa Bay Lightning.
