Overview

Quinn is an associate in the firm's Corporate and Tax Group, representing emerging and high-growth companies through all stages of their life cycle. His practice covers a variety of general corporate and transactional matters including entity formation, organization and governance, private financings, and M&A. He also represents investors in an array of venture capital financings and other matters.

While in law school, Quinn was the Editor-in-Chief of Volume 20 of the Florida State University Business Review. After graduating from law school, Quinn obtained his LL.M. in Taxation from the New York University School of Law.

Outside of the office, Quinn enjoys watching Tampa Bay sports and supporting Florida State University athletics.

  • Homee, a provider of a technology platform for connecting insurers, policyholders, and skilled service providers in the claims process, in its Series C funding round led by W.R. Berkley Corporation
  • Florida Funders in its seed investment in Curated For You
  • PainTEQ in its majority growth recapitalization co-led by Signet Healthcare Partners and Windham Capital Partners
