Overview
Wendi Raymond joined Hill Ward Henderson in 2026 as Chief Financial Officer. In this role, she oversees the firm’s financial and information technology operations, participates in various of the firm’s leadership committees, and works closely with leadership in advancing strategic and operational initiatives.
Wendi leverages an extensive background in financial management, having worked for more than three decades in financial leadership roles in the legal and healthcare industries. Wendi is seasoned in financial business strategy, budgeting and forecasting, and optimizing operational efficiency.
Prior to joining HWH, Wendi spent over 20 years with an Am Law 100 firm, including six years as the firm’s Chief Financial Officer, where she directed its national finance operations, built high-performing teams, and helped the firm achieve record levels of revenue.
Wendi earned a Master of Accountancy from the University of North Florida and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Texas Christian University. She is also licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in Florida.
Outside of the office, Wendi enjoys spending time with her family, visiting theme parks, traveling, and cheering on her daughter’s collegiate dance team.
