Ariana has significant experience in labor and employment litigation, including defending employers in single-plaintiff and class action matters involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and whistleblower claims, as well as class and representative actions under the California Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA). 

Prior to her legal career, Ariana worked in the financial services industry, where she advised clients on complex tax matters. This background informs her practical, business-oriented approach to litigation and client service.
