MSK is proud to announce that it was named to the Managing IP Americas Awards 2026 shortlist in the "Firm of the Year - Copyright (West)" category. Additionally, Eleanor M. Lackman was named to the shortlist for the "Practitioner of the Year - Trademark Litigator (Northeast)" category and Christine Lepera was named to the shortlist for the "Practitioner of the Year - Copyright (East)" category. 

The Managing IP Awards program recognizes remarkable IP achievements and developments in the last year.
