Successfully Resolved Dispute Against Employer for Alleged Consumer Rights Violations

Tiffany represented an employer accused of violating consumer rights after providing a loan to an employee who later defaulted on the loan. While the employer was not in the business of providing loans to consumers, it provided the funds to an employee, who later accused the employer of violating consumer rights in the loan documents.
