Overview
We are pleased to announce Aaron J. Graf has joined the firm’s Milwaukee office as senior counsel in its Labor & Employment Service Group. Aaron brings nearly two decades of experience representing employers across sectors with their employment challenges and disputes.
Aaron advises on a wide range of employment law matters, including discrimination, wage and hour, FMLA, ADA, ADEA, OSHA, and various other laws. He works with clients to draft effective policies, employee handbooks, and employment agreements or restrictive covenants. Aaron has successfully litigated matters in state and federal courts. He also represents employers before state and federal enforcement agencies, including the Wisconsin Equal Rights Division and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
Aaron earned his J.D. at Marquette University and his B.A. at Concordia University Wisconsin.
