We are happy to announce that Milt Castro has joined our Labor & Employment Service Group in our Chicago office.
Milt brings more than 15 years of experience spanning employer- and employee-side litigation and in-house labor and employment counsel to the firm’s labor and employment team. He advises clients across industries on compliance and best practices under federal and state labor and employment laws, and regularly defends employers against claims involving employee classification, discrimination and harassment, wage and hour, leave, and wrongful termination. His experience includes successful representation in federal and state courts and before administrative agencies, first-chairing labor arbitrations, negotiating with unions, and advising on contract interpretation and implementation.
Milt holds a B.S. from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a J.D. from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law. Prior to his law career, he served in the U.S. Marine Corps, attaining the rank of sergeant and being awarded the Combat Action Ribbon.
