Emily R. Schroeder

Emily has a genuine passion for what she does and she will do anything within her power to obtain the best results for her clients. As a member of the firm’s Transportation & Logistics Service Group, Emily represents truckers, manufacturers, logistics providers and insurers in all aspects of civil litigation, including contract disputes, wrongful death, bodily injury, premises liability and tort defense.

After winning a national competition as a law student, Emily was asked to return as a coach to the trial advocacy team at Chicago-Kent College of Law. In this role, she teaches students how to respond to objections, provides guidance on courtroom strategy, and prepares students to conduct a trial during a three-day competition.
