Richard T. Valentino

For more than 30 years Rich has represented clients in insurance, tort and commercial litigation and focusing on his extensive experience in insurance coverage. He has represented primary and excess insurers in a broad spectrum of coverage matters arising from auto, commercial transportation, environmental, general liability, health, homeowners, professional liability, property and workers’ compensation/employers’ liability insurance. He prepares coverage opinions and handles all phases of coverage litigation in state and federal courts.
