Dennis DeMarco

Dennis believes that luck favors the prepared—a conviction that informs his approach to practicing law. He thoroughly plans and prepares at every stage of representation, taking into consideration potential outcomes, to ensure his clients' best interests are met at all times. 

As a member of the firm's Health Care Service Group, Dennis defends hospitals, long term care facilities, medical groups, physicians, and nurses facing claims including medical causation and injury with complex liability. He uses his seven years of representing plaintiffs in personal injury claims to his advantage, methodically using his knowledge of how opposing counsel will likely approach issues to craft strong defense strategies.

When he is away from the office, Dennis is an avid archer who competes at state- and national-level competitions.
