Overview
Erich takes a detail-oriented and strategic approach to his work. He assists in the representation of individuals and businesses in a wide range of disputes. This includes defending clients against personal injury claims, employment-related lawsuits, contract disputes, and insurance coverage matters. Erich also assists in all stages of litigation, from pre-suit investigation and research to dispositive motions, and performs legal and verdict research to develop arguments to evaluate litigation risk and develop defenses.
