Jonathan also has significant prior experience representing commercial and healthcare companies. He educates his clients on proactive, practical risk mitigation strategies to contractually avoid exposure and when disputes arise, prevent them from escalating. As a seasoned litigator and transactional attorney, Jonathan has deep experience in contracting and all aspects of litigation in state and federal court, from pre-trial preparation through courtroom representation, settlement, mediation, arbitration, trial, and appeal.
