As a former Division 1 athlete, she excels at navigating high-pressure situations, strategic decision-making, and adapting to unexpected challenges—traits that help her achieve favorable results for her clients.
As a member of the firm’s Corporate & Securities Service Group, Olivia represents businesses across industries on general corporate matters. She routinely advises them on navigating contractual disputes and performing necessary due diligence, as well as drafting and reviewing agreements and researching regulatory issues. Olivia also has experience representing commercial transportation clients facing personal injury and negligence claims.
