Rachel's dual experience as a Chinese and U.S. attorney enables her to effectively assist Chinese companies and their subsidiaries operating in America.

As a member of the firm’s Business Litigation Service Group, she represents clients facing breach of contract, intellectual property, false advertising, unfair competition, business fraud and other shareholder disputes.
