In December 2020, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission issued guidance implying that it was not unlawful for employers to require their employees be vaccinated. Of course, the new guidance states that employers who are requiring vaccination must specifically remain compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act and Title VII of the Civil Rights Act.

The article, “Mandatory Vaccines and Vaccine Incentives – Guidance Issued by the EEOC,”  published in the July/ August 2021 edition of Hoosier Banker clarifies the EEOC’s new guidance on employer’s requiring vaccination and discusses vaccine incentives.

The full article can be read in the July/August 2021 issue of Hoosier Banker digital.
