International Trade Analyst
- International Trade Analyst for our Washington, DC office
- At least 2 years of regulatory experience with antidumping and/or countervailing duty proceedings
- Law or consulting firm experience a plus
- Preferred candidates will have strong oral and written communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects with organization and efficiency.
- Ideal candidates will possess a strong client service orientation and the ability to work well in a team environment
- The base salary for this position is expected to be between $215,000 to $225,000 annually. Actual salary will be determined based on skills, experience (to the extent relevant) and other job-related factors, consistent with applicable law

Junior Litigation Associate
- Junior associate to join Wiley’s Litigation practice in our Washington, D.C office.
- Candidates should have one to three years of litigation experience, including drafting pleadings and motions, preparing and responding to discovery requests, conducting legal research, and participating in and ideally managing document collection and review efforts.
- Associate will work on a variety of commercial and regulatory matters for a nationwide mix of clients, in a warm and supportive firm environment.
- Associate will interact directly with partners and clients with the goal of taking on increasing responsibility and building the skills necessary to manage complex cases independently.
- District clerkship and/or appellate clerkship and prior law firm experience are strongly preferred.
- Candidates should have strong academic credentials and professional references.
- The base salary for this position is expected to be between $225,000 to $260,000 annually. Actual salary will be determined based on skills, experience (to the extent relevant) and other job-related factors, consistent with applicable law.

- Mid-level associate to join Wiley’s Litigation practice in our Washington, D.C office.
- Candidates should have three to five years of litigation experience, including drafting pleadings and motions, preparing and responding to discovery requests, second-chairing depositions or witness interviews, conducting legal research, and participating in and ideally managing document collection and review efforts.
- Associate will work on a variety of commercial and regulatory matters for a nationwide mix of clients, in a warm and supportive firm environment.
- Associate will interact directly with partners and clients with the goal of taking on increasing responsibility and building the skills necessary to manage complex cases independently.
