Penn State Law Review is excited to announce this year’s symposium, hosted with the Journal of Law and International Affairs and the Arbitration Law Review!
This year’s Space Law Symposium will cover emerging legal issues relating to space law, including cultural heritage, arbitration, and international law and cooperation. Our speakers this year include Professor Michelle Hanlon, Professor Gregory Hillebrand, Ms. Tatiana Sainati, and Ms. Lauren Bydalek, bringing in a multitude of perspectives relating to space law.
The symposium will be held on Saturday, February 28th from 9am to 4pm. It will include four individual presentations and conclude with a panel discussion featuring all of our speakers.
