Cost Issues for Government Contractors
The Administration ushered in 2026 with the creation of a new DOJ Anti-Fraud task force as well as an Executive Order addressing defense contractors and how they spend their money. The National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), signed into law last month, also brought significant changes. Accordingly, now is a good time for a refresher on cost issues for both veteran government contractors and new entrants into cost-reimbursable federal contracting.
