February 4, 2026

Wiley’s Insurance Practice has been recognized among Law360’s 2025 Practice Groups of the Year, marking the 10th year the team has received this recognition.

In its profile of the practice, Law360 discussed the team’s successes in the emerging COVID-19 coverage space and in a high-stakes acquisitions dispute. “We're very gratified when they [clients] come to us with these kinds of really thorny questions and are giving us the opportunity to help them out on it,” Insurance Practice co-chair Benjamin C. Eggert told Law360, noting the team’s “off-the-charts” business growth and demand for services in 2025. Practice co-chair Kimberly M. Melvin agreed, adding, “We sort of marshal that deep alignment that we have with our clients' business to anticipate their needs, tailor our solutions to their businesses and drive the consistent, high-impact results our clients have come to expect.”
