POLITICO Covers ITC Victory Secured by Wiley for U.S. Chassis Manufacturers Coalition
In the article, “Trade panel issues affirmative determination in transportation equipment probe,” POLITICO covers the U.S. International Trade Commission’s affirmative final determination in favor of Wiley client the U.S. Chassis Manufacturers Coalition.
The article also quotes Robert E. DeFrancesco, III, partner in Wiley’s International Trade Practice, who stated: “The Commission’s decision will provide much-needed stability to an industry that has been forced to deal with unfairly traded products for more than a decade, first from China and then from Mexico, Thailand, and Vietnam.” DeFrancesco and Laura El-Sabaawi represented the Coalition before the Commission.
