Tatiana Sainati, Kahlil Epps, and Teresita Regelbrugge Selected for LCLD Programs

Wiley’s Tatiana Sainati, partner in the Litigation Practice, has been selected for the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity's (LCLD) 2026 Fellows Program, and Kahlil H. Epps, associate in the Litigation Practice, and Teresita Regelbrugge, associate in the Government Contracts Practice, have been selected for the 2026 LCLD Pathfinders Program.

The Fellows Program provides mid-career attorneys with professional development opportunities through its unique curriculum focused on developing leadership skills, building professional relationships and networks as well as creating a successful career-development strategy.

The Pathfinder Program offers early-career lawyers a year-long journey that builds leadership skills, fosters meaningful connections, and enhances career development.

LCLD consists of more than 400 chief legal officers and law firm managing partners who are dedicated to strengthening the legal profession for generations to come through initiatives designed to attract, inspire, nurture, and retain legal talent.
