Wiley Earns 10th Equality 100 Award from Human Rights Campaign Foundation
Wiley is pleased to announce that the firm has been recognized with the Human Rights Campaign Foundation’s (HRCF) Equality 100 Award for its leadership in LGBTQ+ workplace inclusion. The award recognizes Wiley’s perfect score on HRCF’s Corporate Equality Index (CEI), marking the 10th time Wiley has earned top placement.
The CEI score is determined using four core pillars: comprehensive non-discrimination protections; equitable benefits for LGBTQ+ workers and their families; an inclusive culture for all employees; and external engagement and outreach. A perfect CEI score earns businesses the recognition of being a Leader in LGBTQ+ Workplace Inclusion.
