Wiley Receives Am Law Litigator of the Week Shout-Out for Historic Trade-Based FCA Recovery

A cross-practice team from Wiley has received a “shout-out” from The American Lawyer Litigation Daily in its Litigator of the Week series.

Wiley is recognized for helping negotiate a historic settlement to a False Claims Act (FCA) case, which stemmed from a $1.8 billion tariff evasion scheme, on behalf of the U.S. Aluminum Extruders Coalition (AEC). Read more here.
