July 21, 2025

Wiley‘s Ashley L. Criss and Theodore P. Brackemyre have been named 2025 “Rising Stars” by Law360 in the Insurance and International Trade categories, respectively.

The prestigious annual list recognizes attorneys under 40 whose legal accomplishments “belie their age.” Law360 editors reviewed over 1,100 submissions before selecting more than 150 Rising Stars from more than 80 law firms spanning 34 practice areas.

Criss, a partner in the firm’s Insurance Practice, advises insurers on coverage issues and disputes related to professional liability, general liability, and directors and officers (D&O) liability. She also serves as defense counsel for attorneys and other professionals facing liability lawsuits, threatened claims, and in response to subpoenas.

Brackemyre, an associate in the International Trade Practice, focuses on antidumping and countervailing duty cases, export controls compliance, and issues related to international trade and climate policy. Representing clients across a broad range of industries, Brackemyre primarily practices before the U.S. Department of Commerce, the U.S. International Trade Commission, the U.S. Court of International Trade, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
