Wiley Named Among Am Law Litigator of the Week Runners-Up

Wiley has been named among the Litigator of the Week Runners-Up in The American Lawyer Litigation Daily’s series.

The firm is recognized for a major First Amendment victory on behalf of the Retail Energy Advancement League (REAL) and Green Mountain Energy Co. A Wiley team persuaded the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit to reverse the district court and preliminarily enjoin a Maryland statute that prohibited retail energy suppliers from truthfully marketing their renewable energy products as environmentally friendly.
