Hill Ward Henderson is pleased to announce the addition of two attorneys to the firm, Gabby M. Lozano and A.J. Rubin.
Lozano joins the firm’s Corporate and Tax Group, where she works with lenders and borrowers to structure, document, and negotiate a wide range of commercial finance transactions. Prior to joining Hill Ward Henderson, Lozano practiced at a firm in Boston, where she focused on securities and capital markets, fund formation, investment management, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance. She earned her J.D. from Boston University School of Law.
Rubin focuses his practice on the defense of product liability, personal injury, wrongful death, premises liability, consumer litigation matters, and a broad range of other tort claims. He has experience representing clients across a variety of industries, including trucking and automotive, retail, and residential communities. In addition, Rubin represents individuals and businesses in criminal and administrative proceedings. Prior to entering private practice, Rubin served as an Assistant State Attorney in Tampa and as an Assistant Prosecutor in New Jersey. Rubin also served as a law clerk to the Honorable Robert C. Billmeier (Ret.) in the Superior Court of New Jersey (Mercer County). He earned his J.D. from the University of Florida Levin College of Law.
