Overview
A.J. Rubin focuses his practice on the defense of product liability, personal injury, wrongful death, premises liability, and consumer litigation matters, as well as a broad range of other tort claims. He has experience representing clients across a variety of industries, including trucking and automotive, retail, and residential communities. In addition, A.J. represents individuals and businesses facing criminal and administrative proceedings.
Prior to entering private practice, A.J. served as an Assistant State Attorney in Tampa and as an Assistant Prosecutor in New Jersey. In these roles, he prosecuted a wide range of felony offenses, including murder, armed robbery, drug trafficking, and burglary. His experience as a prosecutor provided him with substantial trial experience and a strong foundation in case investigation and preparation. A.J. also served as a law clerk to the Honorable Robert C. Billmeier (Ret.) in the Superior Court of New Jersey (Mercer County).
Outside the office, A.J. enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, reading, playing and watching basketball, and cheering on Gator athletics.
