Attorney Jane Park Joins Amundsen Davis

We would like to announce that Jane Park has joined our firm as of counsel in our Chicago office.

Jane advises private companies on a broad range of corporate matters, with a focus on transactional and governance aspects of business operations and expansions. She primarily focuses on assisting companies that are expanding into the U.S. market with formation, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate succession planning. Jane also provides guidance on government incentives and operational issues, such as contract matters and employment law compliance. Her clients include publicly traded companies in South Korea and North America, including Canada and Mexico.
