Jane H. Park

Jane advises private companies on a broad range of corporate matters, with a focus on transactional and governance aspects of business operations and expansions. 

Jane primarily focuses on assisting companies that are expanding into the U.S. market with formation, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate succession planning. Jane also provides guidance on government incentives and operational issues, such as contract matters and employment law compliance. Her clients include publicly traded companies in South Korea and North America, including Canada and Mexico. She is dedicated to staying innovative and up-to-date to ensure her clients’ business and personal interests are protected at every level.

In addition to her corporate practice, Jane counsels private clients on estate planning, real estate transactions, and transitioning business leadership to the next generation.

Jane is committed to contributing to her community. She serves on the boards of various organizations and provides pro-bono legal counseling to community members in need.
