Anthony C. Nicholson

Anthony approaches his client relationships with partnership in mind. He aims to be sure their questions and concerns are being heard and considered throughout the process.

As a member of the firm's Transportation & Logistics Service Group, Anthony primarily defends individuals, businesses, insurance companies, and insureds against claims of property damage, personal injury, and wrongful death resulting from transportation accidents. He is responsible for all aspects of the claims, from discovery and depositions through mediation and trial. As part of the firm’s rapid response team, he works with independent third parties to provide on-site counsel and quickly gather investigative facts.

Anthony is a seasoned litigator with experience across the public and private sectors. As a former assistant public defender, Anthony draws on his past experiences to successfully represent his clients for the firm. His exposure to diverse clients aids in effective communication skills, while his extensive courtroom experience helps him shape his clients’ defense strategies.

Outside of the office, Anthony believes in giving back to his community through food drives, back-to-school events, and coaching youth, middle school, and high school wrestling. He also served as co-manager for his twin brother's successful judicial campaign.
