As a member of the firm's Transportation & Logistics Service Group, Devin serves as trusted counsel to clients in the commercial transportation and insurance industries. He regularly advises freight brokers, logistics providers, motor carriers, and truck drivers on matters ranging from catastrophic transportation accidents to complex cargo loss claims. Devin represents clients at every stage of the process—from pre-suit investigations through early resolution or trial. He also helps clients proactively manage risk by advising on regulatory compliance matters and analyzing transportation agreements to best protect his clients’ interests.
In addition to his practice, Devin writes and presents on emerging legal trends shaping the trucking and logistics industry.
